Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

By choosing a subscription or a "Subscribe & Save" option at Impact Protocol, you agree to the following terms regarding the cancellation of your recurring orders.

1. SUBSCRIPTION FLEXIBILITY

We offer subscription options to help you maintain your performance protocol without interruption. You have full control over your subscription through your Customer Portal. You can:

  • Skip a delivery.

  • Change the frequency of your shipments.

  • Update your payment method or shipping address.

2. CANCELLATION DEADLINE

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • If you cancel after a recurring order has been processed: The cancellation will apply to the following scheduled delivery. The order that has already been processed will be shipped and billed as planned.

3. HOW TO CANCEL

To cancel your subscription, you can use any of the following methods:

  1. Customer Account: Log in to your account on https://impact-protocol.com, go to "Manage Subscriptions," and select the "Cancel" option.

  2. Email Support: Send a cancellation request to store@impact-protocol.com. Please include your full name and order number. Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to process manual requests.

4. REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cancellation of a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically refund an order that is already "In Progress" or "Shipped."

  • Once an order is processed, our standard Refund Policy applies. For health and safety reasons, we cannot refund subscription orders that have already been opened or tampered with.

5. FAILED PAYMENTS

If your payment method fails, we will attempt to re-bill you up to 3 times over the following week. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically paused until your payment information is updated.

6. POLICY CHANGES

Impact Protocol reserves the right to modify the discount rates or terms of purchase options at any time. Any price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated via email at least 10 days before the next billing cycle.
